Q: Where is the medical center located?

A: We are conveniently located just west of I-15 on Hamner Avenue. Take the 6th Street exit off I-15 & turn left on Hamner Avenue. We are located between 5th & 4th Street on the east side of the road.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our regular business hours are Monday through Sunday 7:00 am - 1:00 am. Doctor hours are by appointment only so please call to schedule 951-371-7120.

Q: Is my contact information kept private?

A: Personally-Identifying Information such as last name, e-mail address, phone number and street address is kept private and will never be shown publicly. View our privacy policy for more information.

Q: Can other users see how many pet's I own?

A: No, the number of pets you own is never disclosed with other pet owners. If a user happens to visit your profile only the first 3 pets are displayed.

Q: How many pet profiles can I create?

A: We understand that local rescue groups may have dozens of pets in their care and some pet owners may have more than a few family pets so we currently don't limit the amount of pet profiles you can create.

Q: Can other users see my pets health information?

A: No, your pet's health information will always remain private and is never displayed publicly to other users of the site.

Q: How do I request appointments online?

A: This functionality is available to clients who have enabled patient services for their pet. When you create or edit your pet's profile you will have the option to enable this feature. If you live in Southern California and would like to use our client services then complete the client registration form.

Q: How do I add health information to my pets profile?

A: This functionality is available to users who have registered as a client, enabled patient services and have successfully requested an appointment online. Once your appointment has been confirmed by the Client Service Representative (CSR) the functionality will be visible on your pet's profile. If you are an active client and have scheduled an appointment by phone you can request to have this functionality enabled for your pet by calling the Client Service Representative (CSR) at 951-371-7120 and request access to our online patient services.This is just a placeholder
